This Class will cover all the basics to get you cooking Low n Slow BBQ at home with confidence including but not limited to:

In this class we will be cooking on a variety of BBQs such as:

Drum smoker, Pellet Grill, Webers, Reverse Flow Offset and Cyprus Grill

We will be covering:

Trimming of meats including:
Beef Short Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Lamb Racks, Rump Cap and Chicken Wings

Immersive cooking demonstrations including:
-Beef Short Ribs
-Pork Shoulder
-Lamb Racks
-Caveman Style Reverse Seared Rump Cap Tacos with Charred Capsicuim Salsa
-Smoked Brisket (mince) Cheeseburgers with Chilli Bacon Jam (including mincing the perfect burger)
-Jamacian Jerk Chicken
-Mexican Street Corn
-Apple Smoked New York Style Cheesecake

You will be graizing on the BBQ that is cooked thoughout the day.
